Thank you, John Capriotti and Gabrielle Foster for your donation. This beautiful print is depicting early school days in memory of Mrs. Capp. She spent 30 years teaching at the elementary schools in Taylor County. Her classroom was always full of learning, laughter, and excitement.

Thursday is a Professional Learning Day, so students do not have school.
Mrs. Messenger, a retired educator, generously donated her time to AJES' library unit on West Virginia authors and illustrators by reading “Chicks and the City,” authored by Matt Browning and illustrated by Ashley Belote, to fourth graders. We thank Mrs. Messenger for her volunteer contributions.
