Doors will open 10 minutes before the start time of the parties listed on the schedule. If you are wanting your child to be parent pick up on Tuesday following the parade, please send a note with your child to school that morning. If you are picking up your child, you will still have to get in the parent pick-up line and not come to the office to sign them out.

Fun Tip Friday for Families One way to improve your child’s literacy skills is to link what is read in the book with real life. For example, if you read a book about the park, take your child to the park and point out the slides, swing sets, etc., that were seen in the book. Check out this short video for ways to support your child. https://youtu.be/itC6gvkQUv0?si=UGuBbYjKswFYqYJb

TONIGHT!!!
Parents are asked to complete an online survey about school climate—the learning and teaching/working conditions—to help guide school improvement efforts. The results of this survey will be used to make changes in their child's school to ensure a supportive environment for teaching and learning. The survey may be completed from any computer with an internet connection. Parent participation in the survey is very important. If you have questions about the survey or problems completing the survey, please contact the school. Parents can access the survey at: https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/WVSLES_P_F23 Parent login code: P083201

Singing, talking and playing word games with your child can increase their vocabulary.
